How to Add a Discount to an Item 🤔

Adding a discount highlights your offer clearly on the website. The original price will appear crossed out, the discounted price will be shown, and the discount percentage will be displayed automatically.

User Authority:
The following roles can add a discount to an item:

Owner ✅
Manager ✅
Operator ❌

Important Note for Stores Integrated with Foodics

If your store is integrated with Foodics, any edits to the menu—such as item names, prices, option groups, or modifiers—must be done directly through the Foodics dashboard.

Changes made in Zyda will not apply to your store and must be updated in the main system (Foodics).

Steps to Add a Discount

1- Go to Menu and select Items.

2- Search for and select the item you want to discount.

3-In the Modifiers section, click Edit.

4- Scroll to the left and enter the new price under Discounted Price for the variant.

4- Click Save Changes to apply the discount.
