How to add a new user 🤔

You can add a new user to your store's dashboard and give them access to view data or make edits, depending on their role.

We have 3 user roles:

  • Owner: Full access to everything — can view and edit all parts of the dashboard.

  • Manager: Access to almost everything, except the Team and Payments tabs.

  • Operator: Limited access — can only view and manage: Orders - Verd - Some Menu edits


User Authority to add a new user on the dashboard:

- Owner ✅

- Manager ❌

- Operator ❌


To add a new user on the dashboard, follow the steps below:

1- Go to [Team]

2- At the top right, click on [Add New User]

3- Fill in the needed info:

  • Full Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • User Role [Owner / Manager / Operator]

    • When you add Operator as the user role, you can choose which branch they can access. This lets you give operators permission to manage orders for specific branches only.

4- Click on [Add]
