How to add VAT on delivery fees, follow the below steps:
User Authority to add Vat on delivery fees:
- Owner ✅
- Manager ✅
- Operator ❎
Notes
- VAT on delivery fees does NOT add the percentage to the delivery fees, it only states that your delivery fees are either tax inclusive or tax exclusive
- This feature cannot be used for any store that has any courier integration or using couriers under Verd Network
- Vat will be displayed on both the dashboard and the website
1- Go to "Setup"
2- Click on "Business Information"
3- Scroll down and enable "Licensed Business"
4- In "Manage Delivery Fee Taxes":
- If you select (Your delivery charges don't have taxes applied to them), the receipt will just show the delivery fee
- If you select (Show "Delivery fees are tax inclusive" under receipts). The receipt will have a footer stating that delivery fees are tax inclusive. You will have to update your delivery fees in the Delivery tab to be tax inclusive.
Vat will be displayed on the dashboard as following:
- Order Card
- A4 Print
- Thermal Print
Vat will be displayed on the website as following:
- Shopping Cart
- Checkout
- Order Summary
