      How to change the max acceptance threshold 🤔

      To the max acceptance threshold, follow the below steps:

      User Authority to change the time slot interval:

      • Owner ✅

      • Manager ✅

      • Operator ❎

       

      1- Go to "Setup"

      2- Click on "Order Management"

      3- Scroll down and under "Max Acceptance Threshold", set the max time it takes to accept an order and you will be notified once the order exceeds that time.

      • You can select whether you want to be notified by "Email Notification" or "Email & SMS"

      4- Click on "Save Changes"
