How to change the item's tracking 🤔

User Authority to change item's tracking:

1- Go to "Menu" and click on "Items"

2- Select the item you want to set or change it's tracking

3- In "Info" section, scroll down till you find "Item tracking" section

4- Choose and set the availability of the item in each branch based on the following:

When you select "None" the item will be available all the time unless you change it’s status manually to "Not Available"

When you select "Inventory" you will be able to set a specific number for the variant and when all are sold the number will be 0, it will not be renewed and will set as "Not Available"

When you select "Capacity", you will be able to set a specific number for the variant and the number of the number will be renewed everyday

5- After setting the item's tracking, click on "Save" at the top right
