How to Check the Behavior Breakdown Report 🤔

The Behavior Breakdown report gives you clear insights into how your customers interact with your store—helping you make smarter, data-driven decisions.

User Authority

Only the following roles can access this report:

Owner ✅
Manager ✅
Operator ❌

Steps to View the Behavior Breakdown Report

1- Go to the Analytics tab and select Behavior Breakdown.

From the top right, choose a time period to review:

New vs. Returning Customers
Payment Methods (Cash, KNET, Apple Pay, Credit Card)
Delivery vs. Pickup

Click View Full Report to see detailed insights, or click Export.

The report will be sent to your registered email.
