To check the refund status, follow the below steps:
1- Go to "Orders"
2- Click on the order you want to check it's refund status
3- At the bottom and under "Status", you can check it's status whether it's failed, successful or still pending
If you have a customer who claims that he did not receive the refund amount of his order that was canceled, follow the below:
1- Check if you clicked on the "Refund Order" button after canceling the order. You can check this Article of how to refund an order.
2- If you did click on the "Refund Order" button, make sure you did not by mistake refunded the order through the Orderfast wallet instead of refunding the customer through his credit card.
If so and you want to refund the customer by Credit, you can use the following workaround to proceed with the refund again:
▶️ Ask the customer to use the amount on his wallet again to take back this virtual amount and to make sure that the customer won’t use it paying another order from your website
▶️ Go to your Tap / PayMob dashboard to refund your customer by credit
3- If you are sure you selected the refund through "Credit Card", make sure that you’re within the refund SLA.
