How to Check Customer Segments 🤔

 

The Customers tab lets you view detailed information about customers who have previously ordered from your website, grouped into clear segments based on their ordering behavior.

User Authority

Only the following roles can view customer segments:

  • Owner

  • Manager

  • Operator


Steps to Check Customer Segments

1. Go to Customers

You’ll see all customer segments, along with filters and a brief description for each segment.

 

  • Champions – Ordered 3+ times in the last week

  • Loyal – Ordered 3+ times in the last 3 months (8–90 days)

  • Promising – Up to 3 orders in the last 3 months (31–90 days)

  • New1–2 orders in the last month

  • Low Value 0–1 order, last order was over 3 months ago

  • Needs Attention2+ orders, but none in the last 3 months

2- Select a Segment

All customers that belong to the selected segment will appear.

 


3- View Customer Details

 

Click on any customer to see full details, including:

  • Personal Information

  • Sales Insights 

  • Order History

  • Delivery Addresses

4- Export Customers Report

Click Export on the right side of the dashboard.

The report will be sent to your registered email.
