# How to Check Customer Segments 🤔

 

The **Customers** tab lets you view detailed information about customers who have previously ordered from your website, grouped into clear segments based on their ordering behavior.

### **User Authority**

*Only the following roles can view customer segments:*

- **Owner** ✅
- **Manager** ✅
- **Operator** ❌

**Steps to Check Customer Segments**

### 1. Go to **Customers**

You’ll see all customer segments, along with filters and a brief description for each segment.

- **Champions** – Ordered *3+ times* in the **last week**
- **Loyal** – Ordered *3+ times* in the **last 3 months** *(8–90 days)*
- **Promising** – Up to *3 orders* in the **last 3 months** *(31–90 days)*
- **New** – *1–2 orders* in the **last month**
- **Low Value** –*0–1 order*, last order **was over 3 months ago**
- **Needs Attention** – *2+ orders*, but **none in the last 3 months**

All customers that belong to the selected segment will appear.

3- View Customer Details

 

Click on any customer to see full details, including:

- **Personal Information**
- **Sales Insights **
- **Order History**
- **Delivery Addresses**

4- Export Customers Report

Click **Export** on the right side of the dashboard.

***The report will be sent to your registered email.***
