# How to check/view stock history 🤔

#### To check or view stock history, follow the below steps:

**User Authority to check or view stock history:**

- **Owner** ✅
- **Manager** ✅
- **Operator** ✅

 

1- Go to **"Menu"** and then **"Item Tracking"**

2- Click on **the options sign** at the top right of the dashboard and select **"View Stock History"**

3- You can check the following through **"View Stock History"**

 

- **Variant / Item** (Name)
- **Value** (Number of available stock)
- **Updated by** (The person who updated the stock)
- **Changed date** (The date the stock of the item was changed sorted from the newest to the oldest)
