Manual Orders let you place orders on behalf of your customers — perfect for when someone contacts you through WhatsApp, Instagram, or by phone instead of using your website.
For example, if a customer messages you on Instagram to order, you can easily add their order through Zyda. This way, all your orders stay in one place, and you keep everything organized in one system. 💡
User Authority to create a manual order:
- Owner ✅
- Manager ✅
- Operator ✅
To create a manual order, follow the steps below:
1- From Orders tab, click on Create Order at the top right of the dashboard

4- Choose delivery address or add a new one
5- Choose the delivery or pickup timing based on the customer's request
6- Add the items to the cart as per the customer’s request
7- Choose the preferred payment method for the customer [Credit or Cash]
Notes
If you choose one of the online payments, a cart link will be sent to the customer through an SMS to proceed with the payment from their end.
- The order will reflect successfully in the current orders section once the customer pays.
