How to Create a Manual Order 🤔
Manual Orders allow you to create orders on behalf of your customers. This is ideal when customers place their orders through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, or any channel other than your website.

Steps to create a manual order
1- Go to Orders.
2- Click Create Order at the top right of the dashboard.

3- Enter the customer’s phone number.
- If the phone number belongs to a returning customer, their information will appear automatically. You only need to confirm the details with them.
- If the customer is new, you can add their information manually for the first time.
4- Select the order mode (Delivery, Pickup, etc.).
5- Choose the delivery address or add a new one.


6- Select the delivery or pickup time based on the customer’s request.

7- You can find the customer's previous orders in case he wants to reorder.

8- Add the items to the cart as requested by the customer.
9- Choose the payment method (Cash or Online Payment).
10- You can also add a voucher code to apply a discount.

A payment link will be sent automatically to the customer via SMS if it's an online payment order.
