This guide shows you how to create a custom voucher code that customers can use for discounts—percentage, fixed amount, or free delivery.
User Authority
The following roles can create vouchers:

Owner ✅

Manager ✅

Operator ❌
Steps to Create a Voucher
1- Go to Marketing and select Vouchers.
2- Click Add Voucher and fill in the details below:
Voucher Code
The code customers will use.

Must be unique
-
Letters (upper/lowercase) and numbers only
-
No spaces or special characters
Description
Write a clear description in English & Arabic.
Voucher Limitation
Choose where the discount applies:

All Products
The discount is applied to the total order amount. -
Specific Products
Select the products the voucher applies to, then choose how the discount works:-
Once if selected products are in cart:
The discount is applied once to the total of the selected products. -
On every selected product:
The discount is applied separately to each selected product.

Branches Availability
Choose where the voucher can be used:

All Branches
The voucher is valid across all branches. -
Specific Branches
The voucher is valid only in the selected branches.
Voucher Type & Value
Choose the type of discount you want to offer and set its value:
Percentage
Apply a percentage discount to the order or selected products.
Enter the discount percentage.
You can also enable Set Maximum Discount Amount to limit the maximum discount value.
Amount
Apply a fixed discount value.
Enter the exact amount you want to deduct from the order total.
Free Delivery
Offer free delivery on eligible orders.
When selected, the delivery fee will be removed automatically at checkout.
Minimum Requirements

None: No minimum order value required.

Minimum Order Amount: Set a required minimum order value to use the voucher.
Usage Limits (Optional)
-
Total uses per code: Limit how many times the voucher can be used overall.

Uses per customer: Limit how many times each customer can use the voucher.
Happy Hour (Optional)
Make the voucher valid only on specific days and times.

Select Valid Days, Start Time, and End Time.
Time Period

Set the Start Date & Time.
-
(Optional) Enable Set end date to automatically deactivate the voucher.
4- Choose whether the voucher is:

Public: Visible to all customers on your website.
-
Private: Hidden; only customers with the code can use it.
You can view, edit, or deactivate any existing voucher at any time by clicking the options icon (⋮).
When editing a voucher, you can only update the following settings:

Voucher description
-
Maximum discount amount
-
Minimum order amount
-
Usage limits
-
Happy Hour settings
-
Valid time period and end date
Other voucher details (such as code, type, or applied products) cannot be changed after the voucher is created.
You can delete a voucher only in one case:
If it has never been used by any customer.
If the voucher has been used even once, it cannot be deleted. You can only:

Deactivate it

Or edit the allowed settings only
Note: You can add a free delivery offer as either a percentage or a fixed amount voucher. Simply contact our support team, and they will set it up for you immediately.
When the voucher is set to Public, it will appear on the website as shown below.
