How to Delete an Item 🤔

Only the following roles can delete an item:

Owner ✅

Manager ✅

Operator ❌
Important Note for Stores Integrated with Foodics
If your store is integrated with Foodics, any edits to the menu—such as item names, prices, option groups, or modifiers—must be done directly through the Foodics dashboard.
Changes made in Zyda will not apply to your store and must be updated in the main system (Foodics).
Instead of deleting an item, we recommend unpublishing it.
Unpublishing hides the item from your website
while keeping it in your menu for future use.
Steps to Delete an Item
1- Go to Menu and select Items.
2- Choose the item you want to delete.
3- On the right side of the dashboard, click the options icon (⋮) and select Delete Item.
4- Click Delete to confirm.

⚠️ Deleting an item is permanent and will cause all sales data for the item to disappear from the reports. Cannot be undone.
