To edit or set Verd's settings, follow the below steps:
User authority to edit Verd's settings

1- Go to "Verd" tab
2- Click on the "Settings" sign to open a sub-tab on the right
3- Make sure to enable the "Enable Verd Dispatch" button which will allow you to manage your own delivery fleet
4- Click on "Save" at the top right
You can edit the settings as follows:
Rider capacity: You can control the max number of orders that can be assigned to the rider
Auto-assign Rider: You can control how orders are assigned to riders after orders are accepted

(If you select "Round robin", the orders will be assigned to the drivers rotationally)

(If you select "After courier fails", the orders will be assigned to the next driver if the selected driver declined the assignment)

(If your select "Do not auto-assign" the orders will not be assigned automatically to any riders and they will be pending till you take the action manually)
WhatsApp flow: You can choose between 2 different flows for the riders' WhatsApp

(If you select "Default flow (Accept, Pickup, & Delivered)", it will allows you to track analytics of riders. For better understanding of How the driver is receiving the orders 🏍 through WhatsApp, check this article

(If you select "Quick Assign flow (Delivered only)", it will not track the driver's performance as the order will be marked as delivered only)
