You can choose how the dashboard notifies you when new orders arrive on Zyda.
User Authority
The following roles can control sound notifications:

Owner ✅
-
Manager ✅
-
Operator ✅
Steps to Set Order Sound Notifications
1- Go to the Orders tab.
2- From the top-right corner, click Order Notification.
3- Choose your preferred sound option, then click Save Changes.
Sound Options
-
Continuous: The sound keeps ringing until you take action on the order.

Single: The sound plays once when the order is received.
Note: Make sure your browser is not muted, otherwise you won’t hear the notification sound.
