How to export the orders report with product details 🤔

 

This allows you to have a report or Excel sheet that contains all the orders you got through Zyda, and you can choose to filter the orders. 

User Authority to export the orders report:

  • Owner ✅

  • Manager ✅

  • Operator ✅


To export orders report, follow the steps below:

1- Go to [Orders] tab 

2- Select whether you need a report of the [Current Orders] or [Past Orders]

3- Filter the orders you want and click [Apply] to get a report of the data you need



Filtering Options

  • Filter by [Payment]: Use this option to filter orders based on a specific payment method [Cash - KNET - Credit Card - Apply Pay

  • Filter by [Date]: Use this option to filter orders based on a specific date range
  • Filter by [Zone]: Use this option to filter orders based on a specific area or zone
  • Filter by [Type]: Use this option to filter orders based on  Delivery or Pickup
  • Filter by [Source]: Use this option to filter orders based on a specific source [Dyma - Website - Your application with Zyda - Manual Order]
  • Filter by [Status]: Use this option to filter orders based on a specific status, such as [Pending - Accepted -Ready - Dispatched - Completed - Canceled]
  • Filter by [Driver Name]: Use this option to filter orders based on a specific driver 

Notes: If you don't apply any filters, you will receive the sheet with all orders. 


4- Click on [Export] at the top right of the dashboard after you apply the filter


5- You will get a  pop-up notification to confirm if you want to receive only the [Filtered Orders] 

6- You can also get a report of the products related to those orders by marking ✅ [Include the products’ details in the exported sheet]

7- Click [Export] and you will receive the exported report on your registered email.
