How to Update Stock Using an Excel File 🤔

This guide shows you how to import your stock data from an Excel sheet directly into Zyda’s dashboard, ensuring a smooth and error-free process.

User Authority

The following roles can import the stock sheet:

Owner ✅
Manager ✅
Operator ❌

Important Note for Stores Integrated with Foodics

If your store is integrated with Foodics, any edits to the menu—such as item names, prices, option groups, or modifiers—must be done directly through the Foodics dashboard.

Changes made in Zyda will not apply to your store and must be updated in the main system (Foodics).

Steps to Import the Stock Sheet

1- Go to Menu and select Item tracking.

2- Click the options icon at the top right and select Import Stock.

3- Click Download Template and fill it in carefully to match the required format.
4- After completing the template, click Add File, select the Excel file from your device, then click Add to upload it.
