      How to import your menu 🤔

      This article will show you how to import your menu from an Excel sheet and upload it to Zyda's dashboard, saving you time and effort in just a few steps.

      User Authority to import the menu:

      • Owner ✅

      • Manager ❌

      • Operator ❌

      To import your menu, please follow the steps below:


      1- Go to [Menu]

      2- At the top right, [click on the options sign]

      3- Click on the 1st option: [Import Catalog]



      🔵 To import an Excel sheet of the menu correctly, you must follow the instructions for filling in this sheet 
       
      🔵 You can check it by clicking on [Download Template] where you will be able to get a version of the template we should follow to import the menu without facing any issue
       

       

      4- After filling the Excel sheet template, you can press on [Add File] to import the menu and select the Excel file to import it successfully

      5- Click on [Add]

      Note: This process may take a few minutes or up to a full day, depending on the number of items being uploaded.

      If the products do not appear on the Zida dashboard after a long delay, please contact the support team for assistance.
