How to refund an order 🤔

To refund an order, follow the below steps:

1- Go to "Orders" tab and select the order you want to refund

2- Scroll down and press on "Refund Order"

3- You will have 2 refund choices to select one:

• Wallet Refund (Amount will be refunded instantly to the Orderfast's wallet so the customer can use the amount again whenever he orders from your website)

• Credit Card Refund (Amount will be refunded to Card that the money was deducted from originally)

4- After selecting the refund type, click on "Proceed Refund" and then "Refund"
