How to Set the Store as Busy 🤔
This feature allows you to mark your Zyda store as Busy without closing it completely.
Customers will see a notice that ordering is temporarily unavailable and can return later to place their orders.
You can set the store as Busy in two ways:

From the Orders tab

From the Business Locations tab
Set Store as Busy from the Orders Tab
User Authority
The following roles can set the store as Busy from Orders tab:

Owner ✅
-
Manager ✅
-
Operator ✅
1- Go to Orders.
2- Click Set as Busy.

3- If you have multiple branches, select the branch you want to set as busy.
4- Then choose:

Busy Mode: Delivery, Pickup, or Both.

Duration:
-
Set as busy for a specific number of minutes or hours (starts immediately), or
-
Set as busy for a specific date & time (start and end time).

5- Click Set as Busy.

Set Store as Busy from the Business Locations Tab
User Authority
The following roles can set the store as Busy from Business Locations tab:

Manager ✅

Operator ❌
1- Go to Setup.
2- Click Business Locations.

4- Then choose:

Busy Mode: Delivery, Pickup, or Both.

Duration:
-
Set as busy for a specific number of minutes or hours (starts immediately), or
-
Set as busy for a specific date & time (start and end time).

5- Click Set as Busy.

Tip: Using Busy Mode is recommended instead of unpublishing the store, as your business will remain visible and customers will know to come back later.
