To set/customize preparation time to a specific item, follow the below steps:

You can customize the preparation time for a specific item if a variant requires more/less time than the storeโs general preparation time
1- Go to "Menu" and click on "Items"
2- Select the item you want to customize its preparation time
3- In "Modifiers" section, scroll down till "Preparation Time"

Active the button
-
Un-click on "Set to default"

Set the time as you want it to be
4- Click on "Save" after finishing the edits
