What is VERD Network?
It's a feature that allows you to use different courier companies to deliver your orders without even being integrated with them like (Mashkor - Wiyak - Armada - Verdi...). Click here for more information about Verd Network.
- You can only assign delivery using Verd Network for orders that are paid online ✅
- Verd Network is not supported for orders that are paid in cash or wallet ❎
- Verd network supports cash orders only if the store is integrated with My-Fatoorah as payment gateway ✅
- Customers can track their orders' delivery over WhatsApp if you assign delivery to (Armada - Verdi - Wiyak)
What is VERD Dispatch?
It is a feature or a tool that allows you to manage your delivery fleet by adding your own drivers on the dashboard to assign them orders for delivery. How to assign delivery using Verd?

Once you accept the order، the assign pop-up will appear and you will be able to view 3 different sections and select the suitable delivery option for you. These 3 categories/sections are:

Verd network:
(The available couriers you are not integrated with).

Your couriers:
(All other couriers you're integrated with except the ones in Verd Network)

Assign driver:
(All your on-duty drivers who are added on the dashboard)

You can assign orders to VERD Network and see the updated estimates (viewing how much would the courier charge and how long will it take them to pickup the order) as shared by the couriers. This will allow you to make informed decisions when assigning orders, in case you want to assign the order to the cheapest option or the fastest one.

If a courier does not support this time & cost estimates, it would show as "No time and cost estimate".
What is "Address Verification" for Verd Network?

This section is important and mandatory as it ensures that the orders are picked & delivered on time to your customers so you will have to click on "Verify Branch Info" to be able to use the available couriers.

When you select a courier from Verd Network which you are not integrated with, they will need your restaurant's/store's accurate location and information to ensure a successful & smooth delivery process.

Verd Charges
-
Verd fees vary based on the store's plan and the country. For Kuwait stores are 75 fils for Growth plans and 100 fils for Standard plans and for Egypt stores are 1 EGP for Growth plans and 2 EGP for Standard plans.

VERD Dispatch charges on assignment which means you will be charged once you assign the order to one of your own drivers and the fees will be showing at the bottom

VERD Network charges only on delivery which means you will be charged once the order is marked as delivered and the fees will be showing at the bottom of the order's card.
