What is VERD Network?
It's a feature that allows you to use different courier companies to deliver your orders without even being integrated with them like (Mashkor - Wiyak - Armada - Verdi - Do Deliver...)
Notes
- Verd Network is available only for Kuwait stores who are integrated with Online Payment Gateways, and it only works on orders paid online.
- You can only assign delivery using Verd Network for orders that are paid online ✅
- Verd Network is not supported for orders that are paid in cash or wallet ❎
- Verd network supports cash orders only if the store is integrated with My-Fatoorah as payment gateway ✅
- Now you can show the riders' location of the couriers you selected through "Track Rider"
- Customers can track their orders' delivery over WhatsApp if you assign delivery to (Armada - Verdi - Wiyak)
- With Mashkor & Verdi on Verd Network, you can now track your rider through the map that is within the order.
How to assign orders to deliver using Verd Network?

Once you accept the order، the assign pop-up will appear and you will be able to view Verd Network's couriers to choose from
2- Choose your courier & "Assign Now"
You can assign orders to be delivered by different couriers under VERD Network and you can:
- Select the suitable company based on the price they offer.. (How much the courier will charge you for)
- Select the fastest company to ensure meeting your customers' expectation and provide an amazing delivery experience... (How long will it take them to pickup the order)
This will allow you to make informed decisions when assigning orders, in case you want to assign the order to the cheapest option or the fastest one. Now you can select your courier and assign
3- Address Verification
This section is important and mandatory. If it's the 1st time for you to use Verd Network and assign delivery to one of the couriers, a pop-up sign"Verify Branch Info" will appear to confirm the location and the address on your dashboard for couriers to arrive at your store's location to pickup.
This ensures that the orders are picked & delivered on time to your customers

Auto assign to delivery partner
Feature allows you to automatically assign any order once you accept it. You can choose one of three options per branch (Assign to Fastest, Assign to Cheapest, or Assign to Default)You can also choose a setting that applies to all branches, or per branch specifically
Note
If you enabled the auto assign and selected the "Default" you should select a default courier so when you accept the order it would auto assign to the selected default courier
Get delivery fee automatically from courier
Enabling this option will show the delivery fees the customer should pay on the website based on the default courier you selected and you can also choose whether the customer pays 100% of the delivery fees or other percentage.
- You can easily control how much the customer pays for delivery
- If selected at 0%, you will be paying the full delivery cost (Customer will be paying 0 KWD for delivery)
- If selected at 100% the customer will be paying the full delivery amount. Percentage determines cost in between both amounts
Note
If you enabled "Get delivery fee automatically from courier" you should select a default courier so the website will view the delivery fees of the selected default courier.
Verd Network Charges
- Verd Network fees vary based on the store's plan and the country. For Kuwait stores are 0.075 fils for Growth plans and 0.100 fils for Standard plans and for Egypt stores are 1 EGP for Growth plans and 2 EGP for Standard plans.
- Fees are displayed on the order card itself at the bottom or under the "Assign Now" button at the bottom after clicking on "Assign Delivery"
- VERD Network fees are deducted from the order amount itself and the fees will be deducted only once the courier marks the delivery as Done or Completed. delivery which means you will be charged once the order is marked as delivered and the fees will be showing at the bottom of the order's card
