How to cancel an order 🤔

Canceling the order will change its status to [Canceled] and will move the order to [Past Orders]. No further actions will be possible except issuing a refund.



User authority to cancel an order:

- Owner ✅

- Manager ✅

- Operator ✅


To cancel an order, follow the steps below:

1- Go to [Orders]

2- Search for the order you want to cancel and click on the order to open its details

3- Click on [Cancel Order] button after you click on the order you want to cancel

4- Choose the cancellation reason

5- Click on [Confirm Cancelation]

Note: Canceling an order does not automatically refund your customer. To issue a refund, can check this article of [How to refund an order]
