To assign orders to the drivers, follow the below steps:
User Authority to assign orders to the drivers:

1- Go to "Orders" and select the order you want to assign it to a driver
2- Once the order got accepted, you will receive an assign pop-up message to select the driver and there is a search bar where you can search for the rider or the courier company
If youโre integrated with a courier company or more (Talabat / Mashkor / Armada...etc), you can select one of them to deliver your order and you will be able to see the estimated time for pickup and the delivery fees for each courier to help you choose which suitable for you
3- If you do not want to assign the order to be delivered at the moment after you accept it, you can click on "Assign later"
4- Once the order is ready, you can click on "Assign delivery" to re-open the pop-up assigning message to select the rider and "Assign now"
5- Once the order is assigned to a rider, at the right you will see the details of the rider:

Riderโs Phone number
-
Request Status (Pending or it's Accepted already by your driver...etc)

Expected Delivery Time

An option for you to change the rider "Change Delivery" or "Unassign" the driver
