If you want to reassign the order to another courier, a warning message will appear stating that a delivery fee might be deducted.

The delivery fee will only be deducted if:

  • The driver has already arrived to pickup.

  • You cancel or reassign the order after that point.

If the order is still in Searching for a Driver or En Route to Pickup, no delivery fee will be deducted.

Once a driver is assigned, you can view the driver’s details, including:

  • Mobile number

You can also track the rider in real time directly from the order details page.

Delivery Status Flow

After assigning the order to the selected delivery company, the system will wait for a driver to be assigned.

The order status will update automatically as follows:

  • Searching for a Driver – The courier company is looking for an available driver.

  • En Route to Pickup – A driver has been assigned and is heading to the pickup location.

  • Arrived at Pickup – The driver has arrived to collect the order.

  • Out for Delivery – The order is on the way to the customer.

  • Arrived at Destination – The driver has arrived at the customer’s location.

If you see the message “Payment type is not supported”, this usually means that the order was placed as Cash, while your store is integrated with Tap.

Please note that Verd Network supports Cash orders only when the store is integrated with MyFatoorah. Cash orders are not supported with Tap integration.

What you can do in this case:

You can still assign the order to your own drivers using Verd Dispatch instead of assigning it to a courier company.

Steps to Assign Orders Using Verd Dispatch (Store Drivers)

1- Go to Orders and accept the order.
2- Click Assign Delivery.

3- Select an available driver from the list.
