What is Verd Dispatch?
Verd Dispatch is the perfect solution for managing your own drivers and assigning orders to them, allowing you to track delivery progress and performance, which helps you improve the delivery experience for your customers.
1- Add your drivers to the dashboard:
You can add your store's drivers to the system and see their full information, including how many orders have been assigned to each driver. Check this Article to know how to add your drivers.
2- Automatic order details sent to drivers:
Once you assign an order to a driver, the system automatically sends all customer details to the driver via WhatsApp (Customer name, phone number, address, location, and payment method). This makes it easy for drivers to get all the info they need to deliver quickly and accurately which will boost your the delivery experience for your customers. Check this Article for more details.
3- Drivers can update order status:
Drivers can update the order status through WhatsApp on the dashboard once the order is assigned. They can mark when they’ve accepted the assignment, picked up the order from the store, are on the way to customers , and when the delivery is completed.
4- Driver rating system:
Once enabled, the system sends messages to customers over WhatsApp asking them to rate the delivery service. This helps you gather feedback about your drivers and enhance the delivery experience for your customers to have an exceptional experience overall. Check this Article for more information.
- You can only assign delivery using Verd Dispatch for orders that are paid online ✅
- Verd Dispatch is not supported for orders that are paid in cash or wallet ❌
- Verd Dispatch supports cash orders only if the store is integrated with My-Fatoorah as payment gateway ✅
How to enable Verd Dispatch? 🛵
1- Go to "Verd" on Zyda's dashboard
2- Select "Dispatch"
3- Click on the "Settings" button on the top right of the dashboard
4- Swipe the button of "Enable Verd Dispatch" to enable it
5- You can control the settings of "Auto-assign Rider" or "WhatsApp flow". Check this Article for more information.

How to assign delivery using Verd Dispatch?
Once you accept the order، the "Assign Delivery" button will appear and you will be able to scroll down and find "Assign driver" where you can select the driver you want to assign the order to.
Verd Charges
Verd Dispatch fees differ based on the store's plan and the country. For Kuwait stores fees are 0.075 fills per order for Growth plans and 0.100 fills for Standard plans. For Egypt stores are 1 EGP for Growth plans and 2 EGP for Standard plans per order.
VERD Dispatch fees are deducted on assignment, which means you will be charged once you assign the order to one of your own drivers and the fees will be showing at the bottom under "Assign now" word.
Verd Dispatch fees are taken from the total amount of the paid order and not added to it.
