Find your way around the dashboard

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Branch staff Where: The sidebar and the top bar, on every page Available: Web dashboard · All countries The dashboard has many pages. They are grouped by the work you do, so you can find a page by its job or by typing its name. How it works The screen has two fixed parts: - The sidebar on the left lists the pages. In Arabic it is on the right. - The top bar across the top holds your store, the search box and your menus. The page you open fills the rest of the screen. Its name shows at the top as a path, for example Finance > Transactions > Refunds. Select the middle part, Transactions, to go back to that page's first tab. You see only the pages your role allows. Two people on the same team can have different sidebars. The sidebar groups pages by job. The store name and the search box are in the top bar. The sidebar Home is at the top. It shows how your store is doing and what needs you now. See Read your Home page. Under Home, the pages are grouped by job: | Job | What you do there | Pages | |---|---|---| | Manage | Run today's orders | Orders, Preparation, Closing, Availability, Drivers | | Respond | Answer customers | Chats, Calls, Reviews | | Serve | Choose how customers get their food | Delivery, Pickup, Curbside, Dine-in, Catering, Wholesale | | Grow | Bring customers back | Offers, Loyalty, Campaigns, Banners | | Understand | Read your numbers | Sales, Customers | | Finance | Check money and your plan | Fees & payout, Transactions, Transaction fees, Plan | | Setup | Set up your store | Business, Menu, Branches, Point of sale, Storefront, Payments, Team, Integrations | Some pages show only when they apply to your store. For example, Transaction fees shows only with MyFatoorah. A page can have tabs of its own. They are at the top of the page, not in the sidebar. For example, Reviews has Insights, Inbox and Settings. To fold a job, select its name. This browser remembers the jobs you fold. When you open a page, its job opens again. To make the sidebar smaller, select the sidebar button at the start of the top bar. The sidebar then shows only icons. Select the button again to open it. Find a page with search 1. Select the search box in the top bar, or press Ctrl K. On a Mac, press ⌘ K. 2. Type a word, for example "refunds". 3. Select a result, or press Enter. Search finds every page and every tab inside a page. It also finds your other brands and a few actions, such as Chat with us, My account and Log out. You can type in English or in Arabic. Type "refunds" to find Transactions › Refunds The top bar From the start of the top bar to the end: | Part | What it does | |---|---| | Sidebar button | Shows or hides the sidebar. | | Your store's name | Opens Your brands, to switch to another brand. Get ready for your first order

For: Owners, Operations Where: Setup in the sidebar Available: Web dashboard · All countries Your store can take orders once customers can see your menu, reach you and pay. Work through this list once, from the top. Each step links to the article that explains it. How it works Most of the setup is under Setup in the sidebar. A few steps are under Serve. You do not need every step. For example, skip delivery if you only offer pickup. Steps 2 to 5 are what a customer needs to place an order. When your store is unpublished, Home says so in its Needs you list. Home warns about an unpublished branch, or delivery or pickup that is off, only at hours when that branch usually gets orders. So before your first orders, check your branches yourself. Check Home when you finish. See Fix what needs you on Home. Set up what customers see 1. Add your logo and store name. Go to Setup > Storefront > Branding. See Add your logo, cover and store name. 2. Add your branches and opening hours. Go to Setup > Branches > Locations. Opening hours decide when each branch takes orders. See Add a branch and set its opening hours. 3. Add your menu. Go to Setup > Menu. Add items one at a time, or import a file with many items. See Add or edit a menu item and Import or export your menu. Set up how customers order and pay 4. Choose how customers get their order. - For delivery, add the areas you deliver to. See Add a delivery zone. - For pickup, turn it on at your branches. See Turn on pickup and curbside at your branches. 5. Choose how customers pay. - For card and wallet payments online, connect a payment gateway. See Connect a payment gateway for online payments. - For cash or a card machine at the door or the counter, see Turn cash and card machine payments on or off. 6. Set your preparation time. This is how long your kitchen needs for an item that has no time of its own. You can also choose to accept orders automatically. See Set preparation time, auto-accept and checkout options. Get your team ready 7. Add the people who handle orders. Give each person a role and their branches. See Add a person to your team. 8. Turn on order sounds. On the computer that takes orders, select the bell in the top bar. Click once on the page so the browser allows sound. See Hear new orders and arrivals. Open your store 9. Check Home. Open Home and read Needs you. - If it says Your store is unpublished, customers cannot open your store. The store owner selects Publish store, then Approve. - Before your first orders, Home does not warn about a branch. Check that each branch takes delivery or pickup in Setup > Branches > Locations. - Once your branches get orders, Home also tells you when a branch is unpublished, or when delivery or pickup is off. Select the button on that row. Needs you on Home: Your store is unpublished, with Publish store and Approve 10. Share your store. Put your store link on your social pages, and print a QR code for your counter. See Make a QR code for your store and Create a link in bio page. When the first order comes in The bell rings and the order shows in Manage > Orders. Accept it, prepare it and move it to the next step. See Accept an order and move it to the next step. Rules and limits - Only the store owner can publish the store, and only while the Zyda plan is not cancelled. - Some steps need the owner: payments and the team. - To try the full flow, place an order on your own store. Then cancel it with the reason Duplicate, fake or test order and choose test order. Test orders do not count in your cancellation rate. Only a role with Refund money can choose it: Owner and Operations, or a role of your own with that switch on. Common questions A customer says my store does not open. Why? Your store may be unpublished. Open Home and look for Your store is unpublished in Needs you. Customers see my store but cannot order. Why? Check Needs you on Home first. Then check that the branch is open now, and that it delivers to the customer's area or offers pickup. Read your Home page

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Branch staff Where: Home Available: Web dashboard · All countries A sales total tells you a week was slow, but not why. Home puts your sales, your customers' path to an order, your service and your branches on one page, each next to the period before. How it works Home opens on the last 7 days. Every number is compared with the period before it, so you see what went up and what went down. From the top, Home shows: 1. Needs you: what is costing you orders now. See Fix what needs you on Home. 2. The tiles: your main numbers. 3. Visit to doorstep: where customers drop off. 4. Where visits come from and Visits by hour. 5. Dishes by add rate and Orders by ad network. 6. Service: how fast you accept and deliver. 7. Reviews: ratings and comments. 8. Branches: one row per branch. Hold the pointer over a number's name to read what it counts. On a touch screen, tap the name. The tiles at the top of Home, with the period and the branch Choose the period and the branch 1. Open Home. 2. At the top right, choose a period: Today, 7 days, 30 days or Custom. 3. For Custom, pick a start date and an end date, then apply them. 4. If you have more than one branch, select Branch and choose one branch, or All. The line under the title says which dates you see and what you compare them with, for example "13–19 Oct, compared with 6–12 Oct". Today is a live view of the day so far. See See how today is going. The tiles | Tile | What it counts | |---|---| | Conversion | Visits to your store website that placed at least one order, out of all visits. | | Net sales | Item sales after item discounts and promo codes. Delivery and service fees are not included. | | Average order | Net sales divided by the number of orders. | | First orders | Orders that were a customer's first order at your store. A customer is a phone number. | | Repeat rate | Orders from customers who ordered before, out of all orders. | Each tile shows the change from the period before, and a small chart. - If you have your own store app, Net sales says how much came from the app. If you take phone orders, it splits sales into website, app and phone. - If visits came from ads, Conversion shows the rate for ad visits and for the others. - Not measured yet means Zyda has no visit data for your store yet. Visit to doorstep This card follows customers from a visit to a delivered order. It has two parts: - From visit to order: Visits, Carts, Checkout and Placed an order. - From order to doorstep: Web orders, Accepted, Fulfilled and On time. Each step shows how many reached it, the share of the step before, and how many you lost. The grey line is the period before. When a step's share fell by 2 points or more since the period before, Home outlines the step that fell most. Under Checkout, Unpaid checkouts counts online payments that were Declined or where the customer Left without paying. Under Accepted, you see the top reason for cancelled orders. If you have your own store app, choose Online, Website or App to see one channel. Visit to doorstep, from visits to orders placed Where visits come from This table lists where your visits came from, such as Instagram, Google or WhatsApp. For each source, you see the visits, their conversion against your store average, the orders and, if you can see sales, the sales. If your links carry campaign names, choose By campaign to see each campaign. Visits by hour shows when people visit your store. An outlined hour means a branch was busy during it. Where visits come from, with each source's visits, conversion and orders Dishes and ad networks - Dishes by add rate lists the dishes most often added to the cart after a customer opens them, and the dishes least often added. - Orders by ad network shows the orders from each ad network. Select a network to see its campaigns. Each card shows only when Zyda has enough data. Service Service shows how fast you serve: Time to accept, Delivery time, On time, Time to find a driver and Driver wait at branch. It also shows Cancelled orders with their reasons, and how long branches were busy. On time counts only deliveries that a driver marked delivered. It says how many deliveries the driver did not time. For more about delivery times, see Check how delivery is doing. Reviews Reviews shows the Order rating, the Delivery rating and customer comments, lowest rating first. Select See all to open your reviews. If reviews are off, select Turn on reviews. Branches Branches has one row per branch: sales, orders, how long it was busy, its rating and whether it takes orders now. A branch shows its average rating once it has enough ratings in the period. Until then, it shows how many it has, for example "3 of 5 ratings". The Branches table: sales, orders and busy time for each branch Rules and limits - Money shows only if your role can see sales. Without it, you see Conversion, First orders and Repeat rate, and no sales columns. - Branch staff see only the branches they are assigned to. Owner, Operations, Marketing and Finance can choose All. - Custom dates end yesterday at the latest, and cover 92 days at most. - Visits, conversion and sources count your store website. Visits are counted for the whole store, not per branch. - Orders count every channel: website, app and phone. Common questions Why don't I see my sales on Home? Your role does not include sales. Ask the store owner to change your role in Setup > Team. Home says "No branch assigned". What do I do? Home shows the branches you work in, and you have none. Ask the store owner to add you to a branch. Why do Home's numbers differ from the Sales page? Home's net sales leave out delivery and service fees. Check that both pages use the same dates and branch. For more detail, see Read your sales overview. Fix what needs you on Home

For: Owners, Operations, Branch staff Where: Home > Needs you Available: Web dashboard · All countries A branch left on busy, or delivery switched off by mistake, can cost orders for hours before anyone notices. Needs you at the top of Home lists what is costing you orders now, and fixes the common problems for you once you approve. How it works Zyda checks your store and lists up to four problems, the most money at stake first. Problems that stop all orders, such as an unpublished store, come first. Each row shows: - the problem, for example "Salmiya has been busy for 2 h" - a line that explains it, for example "About 6 orders missed at the usual rate" - the money at stake, when Zyda can estimate it: an estimated loss, a profit a month you could gain, or their website sales - a Losing money mark on some problems: an unpublished store, slow accepting, and zones above the legal fee limit - a Zyda AI mark. Zyda AI is Zyda's assistant. It recommends the fix. - a button that fixes the problem, or opens the page where you fix it When nothing needs you, the card says "Nothing needs you right now." Needs you on Home: each problem, the money at stake and its fix Fix a problem with one button Some rows fix the problem from Home: 1. Select the row's button, for example Turn delivery on. 2. A change you made minutes ago is taken as your choice. - Money shows only if your role can see sales. - Branch staff see the rows without amounts, and without the buttons that switch delivery, pickup or publishing. - Publish store is for the store owner. Turn on auto-accept is not offered when your store uses a POS integration. - If Home shows one branch, the rows are about that branch. Turn on auto-accept then becomes See orders, because auto-accept changes every branch. - While your Zyda plan is locked for late payment, only End busy works from Home. - If a check could not run, the card says so, for example "busy branches could not be checked just now." Common questions I ended busy by mistake. Can I undo it? Yes. Select Undo in the message within 10 seconds. After that, set the branch as busy again from Manage > Orders.
