Send a campaign by SMS, WhatsApp or push

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Campaigns > New campaign Available: Web dashboard · All countries Customers who stopped ordering will not come back on their own. A campaign sends them a message, often with an offer, and counts the orders that follow. How it works One campaign uses one channel: | Channel | Who gets it | Cost | Needs | |---|---|---|---| | SMS | Any customer with a phone number | 1 credit per SMS part, per customer | Kuwait or Egypt, and SMS credits | | WhatsApp | Customers, from your business number, with a button to order | Meta bills each message | A connected WhatsApp number and an approved template | | Push notification | Customers who turned on notifications in your app | Free | Your store's own app | You see only the channels your store can use. Under Not set up yet, you can connect WhatsApp or ask about an app. Choosing a channel for a new campaign Create a campaign 1. Go to Grow > Campaigns and select New campaign. 2. Choose the channel and select Continue. 3. What is it for?: choose a ready-made campaign, or Start blank. A ready-made campaign fills in the name, the text, the offer and who gets it. Enter a Campaign name. Only you see it. 4. Recipients: choose who gets it. See Choose who gets a campaign. 5. Offer (SMS and WhatsApp): choose one of your offers, No offer, or Create an offer. 6. Write the message: - SMS: type the text. Select Insert variable to add the Order link, Voucher code, Voucher value or Voucher expiry. - WhatsApp: choose an approved template. - Push: enter a title (up to 65 characters) and text (up to 240). 7. Review and send: choose Now or On a date, check the summary, and select Launch Campaign. For WhatsApp, select Schedule broadcast. A preview beside the form shows what the customer sees. Select Save as Draft at any step to finish later. Test before you send - SMS: select Send myself a test SMS. The test uses credits and includes a working code, valid until the end of the day. - Push: select Send a test to a phone. The phone must be signed in to your app with notifications on. Tests are free. Offers in campaigns Only customers the campaign reaches can use its code. A forwarded link opens the offer, but the code works only for phone numbers on the campaign's list. For WhatsApp, the code must be written in the approved template, letter for letter. When messages go out - Now: sending starts once you confirm. - On a date: sending starts early in the morning of that day. - SMS messages go out one after another, about one and a half seconds apart. - WhatsApp: Meta limits how many new customers your number can message each day, for example 250. Zyda sends up to the limit each day and continues the next day. The review step shows how many days it takes. Verify your business with Meta to raise the limit to 2,000 a day. Rules and limits - You can send up to 5 SMS or WhatsApp announcements a month. - Only one SMS or WhatsApp announcement can be active at a time. Push is not limited. - An SMS can be up to 3 parts long. A single part holds 160 English characters, or 70 if the text has any Arabic. Longer texts use 153 or 67 characters per part. - You cannot change a campaign's name or message after you create it. For SMS, you can change the dates. - SMS goes out under the sender name shown in the preview. For your own sender name (up to 11 letters and numbers), contact Zyda support. Common questions Can customers reply? On WhatsApp, yes: replies arrive in your chats. A customer who replies STOP gets no more marketing messages from your store. SMS cannot be replied to. Why is Launch Campaign replaced by Save as Draft? You used your 5 announcements this month. If you do not have enough SMS credits, the button is Save and buy credits instead. Choose who gets a campaign

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Campaigns > New campaign > Recipients Available: Web dashboard · All countries A message to the right customers brings orders. A message to everyone wastes credits and annoys people. The Recipients step lets you pick exactly who gets a campaign. How it works Choose a group, then narrow it by branch or delivery zone if you want. Zyda shows how many customers the campaign reaches. Picking who gets a campaign, with the number reached The groups | Group | Who | SMS | WhatsApp | Push | |---|---|---|---|---| | Haven't ordered recently | No order in 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, or a number you choose. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | | Customer segments | All customers, or one segment: Champions, Loyal, Promising, New, Low Value or Needs Attention. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | | Abandoned carts | Customers who started an order in the last 1, 7 or 30 days and did not finish it. | ✓ | ✓ | – | | WhatsApp contacts | Everyone saved on your connected WhatsApp number. | – | ✓ | – | | Upload a list | A file of phone numbers. | ✓ | ✓ | – | | Website regulars who don't use your app | Regular website customers in the last 28 days who have not used your app. The link opens your app. | ✓ | – | – | Narrow by branch or zone Under Where they order, choose Branch or Delivery zone. Leave both empty to reach everyone in the group. Pickup customers have no zone, so filter them by branch. This is not available for uploaded lists, WhatsApp contacts or website regulars. Send to your own list (SMS) 1. Choose Upload a list. 2. Select Download template. Keep "phone numbers" as the first column header. 3. Fill in the numbers and save the file as .csv or .xlsx, up to 1 MB. 4. Select Choose a file. 5. Check the result: valid, duplicate and invalid numbers. 6. Select Use this file and give the file a name. Numbers must be in your store's country. Send to your own list (WhatsApp) 1. Choose Upload a list, then Upload a new list. 2. Put one number per row, with the country code, for example +96599998691. An optional second column holds the customer's name, for templates that greet customers by name. 3. Enter a List name and choose the file. 4. Tick that these customers agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from you. 5. Select Upload list. Messaging people who did not agree can get your number restricted by Meta. Who is always left out - Customers who replied STOP to you on WhatsApp. This stops all your marketing messages to them, on every channel. - Customers who got a campaign from you in the last 30 days. - Customers without a phone number. - For push: customers who did not turn on marketing notifications in your app. A customer never gets the same campaign twice. Common questions Why is my reach smaller than my customer list? Zyda leaves out customers who opted out or got a campaign recently. For WhatsApp, the estimate is before these are taken out. See what your campaigns earned

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Campaigns Available: Web dashboard · All countries A campaign is worth sending again only if it brought more sales than it cost. The campaigns list shows both, for every channel. How it works Grow > Campaigns shows a card for each channel at the top: - SMS: your credit balance, with Buy credits. - WhatsApp: your number, and how many messages it can send a day. - Push notifications: how many customers you can reach. Below is every campaign with its results. The campaigns list with sales, cost and return Read the columns | Column | Meaning | |---|---| | Messages sent | For WhatsApp, also how many were delivered and read. | | Sales | Orders a customer placed within 7 days of getting the message. Updated once a day. | | Cost | SMS: credits used times the price per credit. WhatsApp: Billed by Meta. Push: Free. | | Return | Sales divided by cost. 3.6× means 3.6 KWD of sales for each 1 KWD spent. | You need permission to view sales to see the money columns. Select a campaign's name, or … then View details, for more: orders, voucher uses and voucher sales. Statuses | Status | Meaning | |---|---| | Active / Sending | Sending now. | | Scheduled | Starts on its date. | | Deactivated / Paused | Stopped. You can start it again. | | Completed | Sent to everyone, reached its limit, or ended. It cannot start again. | | Draft | Saved, not sent. | An SMS campaign stops when credits reach zero. It shows "Stopped: no credits". Buy credits, then select Activate. A WhatsApp campaign pauses by itself when many messages fail, often because Meta billing is not set up. Fix the cause, then select Resume. Manage a campaign Select … on a campaign: - Activate or Deactivate (SMS and push), Pause or Resume (WhatsApp). - Edit (SMS only): change the start and end dates. You cannot move the start after messages went out. - Delete: this cannot be undone. Filter the list by Status or Channel. Common questions Does a campaign's sales count orders without the code? Yes. Any order within 7 days of the message counts in Sales. Orders with the campaign's code also count in Voucher sales in the campaign's details, even after 7 days. Buy SMS credits

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Campaigns > SMS credits Available: Web dashboard · Kuwait, Egypt SMS campaigns, review invites and loyalty reminders all use the same SMS credits. When credits run out, SMS campaigns stop. How it works An SMS campaign, and a test SMS, use one credit for each SMS part, for each customer. | Message | Characters per part | |---|---| | English only | 160 for a single part, 153 per part when longer | | Any Arabic | 70 for a single part, 67 per part when longer | For example, a 120-character Arabic message is 2 parts. Sent to 500 customers, it uses 1,000 credits. The composer shows "2 credits per customer" as you type. Other texts Zyda sends for you by SMS use 1 credit each, whatever their length. WhatsApp and push do not use SMS credits. A review invite or loyalty reminder sent on WhatsApp uses no SMS credit. If WhatsApp cannot deliver it and Zyda sends it by SMS instead, that SMS uses 1 credit. Your balance and the credit packs Buy credits 1. Go to Grow > Campaigns > SMS credits. 2. Choose a pack and select Buy. 3. Pay on the next page. The credits arrive once the payment is done. Bigger packs cost less per credit. Bring first-time customers back with Autopilot

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Campaigns > Autopilot Available: Web dashboard · All countries The second order is the hardest to win. Autopilot follows up with every new customer automatically, so you do not have to remember who to message. How it works After a customer's first order, Autopilot sends up to three messages: 1. Message 1, a few hours after the first order: a thank-you, often with an offer for the next order. 2. Message 2, some days later, if they have not ordered again. 3. Message 3, the same number of days after message 2, to bring them back for a third order. When the customer orders, they move to the next step. A customer who does not order after message 3 counts as lost. "First order" also includes a returning customer who has not ordered for the number of months you choose. Message 1 with its offer and your own WhatsApp template, and all three messages in the preview Turn on Autopilot 1. Go to Grow > Campaigns > Autopilot. 2. Choose how to send. Any store can send WhatsApp from its own number: select Connect WhatsApp, then add a payment method in Meta billing. Stores in Egypt can also choose SMS. 3. Under Who gets these messages, set Months without an order, from 1 to 12. 4. For each message, set: - Send delay: hours for message 1, days for message 2. - Offer: for example a percentage off, an amount off, free delivery or cashback, with its value. - What the customer receives: the SMS text, or a WhatsApp template. 5. Select Activate. Offers in Autopilot - Each customer gets their own code, for one use, valid for 10 days. - Cashback goes into the customer's wallet. It shows as Promo cashback in your loyalty balances. - SMS messages go out in each customer's language. Write both English and Arabic. What it costs Autopilot does not use SMS credits. It charges a marketing processing fee for each order from a new customer, for their first 3 orders: | Currency | Fee per order | |---|---| | KWD | 0.250 | | BHD, OMR | 0.300 | | SAR, QAR, AED | 3.00 | | EGP | 10.00 | The fee is taken from the order total. Your customers pay nothing extra. If your store turns on Autopilot for the first time, the order that starts each customer's messages has no fee. WhatsApp messages from your own number are billed by Meta. See the results With Autopilot on, the page shows the last 30 days: Generated sales, Orders from Autopilot, Targeted Customers, Messages sent and Customers Lost, and how many customers came back for a second and third order. Select View Settings to see the messages. Select Deactivate to stop. Common questions Is there a birthday or abandoned-cart message? No. Autopilot follows a first order. To reach abandoned carts, send a campaign to the Abandoned carts group. What if the customer cancels their order? The message for that order stops, and the customer goes back a step.
