Create an offer from a goal

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Offers > Add offer Available: Web dashboard · All countries A discount should do a job: bring in new customers, fill slow hours or grow the order size. Start from the job, and Zyda sets up the offer for it, with numbers based on your own orders. How it works When you select Add offer, Zyda asks What is the offer for? Each goal asks only two or three questions, and fills them in from your last 90 days of orders. For example, Bigger basket suggests a spend a little above your average order. Next to the offer you see: - Customers see: the offer as customers read it. - In one sentence: the offer's rules in plain words. - Estimated cost: what the offer may cost you, from your orders in the last 90 days. A new offer in one sentence, with its estimated cost The goals | Goal | What it builds | You set | |---|---|---| | Bigger basket | Money off when the cart reaches an amount. Add up to 5 levels, such as 2 KWD off over 10 KWD and 4 KWD off over 18 KWD. | The amount and the discount | | Free delivery over a spend | No delivery fee when the cart reaches an amount. | The amount | | Promote an item | Buy one, get one free on the items you choose. | The items, how many to buy and how many free | | Fill quiet hours | A discount at set hours every day. Zyda suggests your three quietest open hours. | The discount and the hours | | Welcome new customers | A discount on a customer's first order, checked by phone number. | The discount, a maximum, and how many days it runs | | Win back customers | A discount for customers who have not ordered for a while. | The discount, the number of days, and when it ends | | Reward regulars | A discount on every order for customers who order often. | The discount, the number of orders, and when it ends | | Partner codes | A separate code for each partner or influencer. | The discount, the number of codes and uses per code | | Custom offer | The full form, from blank. | Everything | Create an offer 1. Go to Grow > Offers and select Add offer. 2. Choose a goal. 3. Check or change the suggested numbers. 4. Under Which orders, choose all orders, delivery only or pickup only. 5. Read Customers see and Estimated cost. 6. Select Launch offer. The offer starts at once. To change more settings first, select Show all settings. Most goals make an automatic offer: it applies to every order it fits, with no code. Partner codes makes codes. If your store cannot have automatic offers, the offer gets a code, such as WELCOME15. Read the estimated cost - For an automatic offer, the estimate is for A month. - For a code, it is for Each order that uses it. - With a use limit or budget, it shows At most. The estimate also says how many orders may get the offer, for example "About 120 orders a month get it." If you see "Your average order is 6.500 KWD, so most orders already reach this", the offer would cut the price of orders you get anyway. Raise the amount. The estimate needs at least 100 orders of that kind in the last 90 days. Common questions Can I change the offer after I launch it? Yes, most settings. The discount type, orders, items and branches are fixed. See Manage your offers. Who pays for the discount? Your store. Zyda's commission is worked out on the amount after the discount. How automatic offers and promo codes work together

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Offers > Add offer > How customers get it Available: Web dashboard · All countries Some customers never type a code. An automatic offer reaches them anyway. This article explains how automatic offers and codes behave, and which one a customer gets when several fit. Automatic or code | | Automatic | Code | |---|---|---| | How customers get it | It applies to every order it fits. | The customer types or taps the code, or opens your shared link. | | Where customers see it | On your store and in the cart, marked Applied automatically. | On your store if you list it, or wherever you share the code. | | Good for | Free delivery over a spend, bigger baskets, quiet hours. | Partners, campaigns, a reason to come back. | You choose under How customers get it when you create an offer. You cannot switch it later. Offers that apply at checkout with no code When more than one offer fits Every offer is one of three kinds: - Item offers: a discount on chosen items, buy X get Y, or a free item. - Order offers: money or a percentage off the order. - Delivery offers: free delivery. An order can get one offer of each kind. For example: one free item, 10% off the order, and free delivery. If two offers of the same kind fit, the customer gets the one that saves them more. If a code loses to an automatic offer, the customer sees "Your code is not used: an automatic offer saves you more". The code is not counted as used. Rules and limits - A store can have up to 10 live automatic offers. - An automatic offer cannot be limited to delivery zones. Use a code for that. - Stores that send orders to a POS cannot have automatic offers yet. - A loyalty reward and a promo code cannot be on the same order. A reward also turns off automatic offers for that order. - Wholesale (business) orders get no offers. Common questions A customer typed my code and it said it was not used. Why? An automatic offer of the same kind saved them more. They still got the better discount. Can I hide an automatic offer from my store? No. Automatic offers always show as applied automatically. Offers for some customers only, such as new customers, are not listed, but they still apply. Control what an offer costs and see its results

For: Owners, Operations, Marketing Where: Grow > Offers > Edit > Limits; Grow > Offers > … > View details Available: Web dashboard · All countries An offer without limits can cost more than it brings. A budget stops the offer when its discounts reach an amount you choose. Results show whether the offer was worth it. How a budget works The budget counts every discount the offer gives, plus delivery fees it waives. When the total reaches the budget, the offer stops. In the offers list it shows Budget spent. The order that reaches the budget still gets its full discount. Only one order can do this. If an order is cancelled or returned, its discount goes back into the budget. A stopped offer starts again. Results for an offer: orders, net sales and discount given Set a budget 1. Open the offer with Edit, or create a new one with Show all settings. 2. Under Limits, tick Limit the money it gives. 3. Enter the Budget. 4. Select Save. On a saved offer, you see how much is already given. To start a stopped offer again, raise the budget above what it has given. Budget emails Zyda emails your team when an offer has given 80% of its budget, and again when it stops. Each email has a View offers button. Team members get these emails if they are subscribed to offer budget alerts. See the results 1. Go to Grow > Offers. 2. Select … on the offer, then View details. Results shows: - Orders and Net sales from orders that used the offer - Discount given - Sales for each 1 of discount: for example, 8.000 means each 1 KWD of discount came with 8 KWD of sales - New customers: how many ordered from you for the first time with this offer - Average order, compared with your orders without an offer on the same days Results count accepted orders from 1 October 2026. Cancelled and returned orders are not counted. Warnings - "This offer has no use limit, no end date and no budget. It can run with no end." Add at least one. - "This offer is on 60% of your orders." A lower menu price may work better than an offer. Common questions Why is the budget used higher than Discount given? The budget also counts orders that are not accepted yet. Results count only accepted orders. Can I set a budget on a single partner code? No. The budget is on the offer. Every code's uses count toward it.
